I appreciate the info!, I forgot about a potential "sliding" factor with regard to using jack stands. The wood frame with heavy duty casters is a great idea. Implementing an old boat trailer for hauling the cab is another great idea. I was going to remove the cab before delivering it to the body shop. I just found out that it's better to leave it mounted on the frame before inner/outer rocker replacement & some floor repairs (ie rust). I thought it was a better to remove the cab, have it bead blasted, then send it to the body shop for rocker & floor repairs. At any rate, I'm driving the truck to the body shop this Friday to hear what they say. I'm not building a show truck, but I would like an effective repair. Thanks for the response.
