They aren't really as heavy as they are awkward to handle. Yes 4 guys can get it with no problem, 3 guys at least. 2 big guys like me can get it, but it's a struggle.
Have fun. Oh, and I'd be afraid that the cab will slide off of the jack stands. I made a wooden framed cart with wheels to move my cab around. I made it so I could actually bolt the cab down to it, so it wouldn't slide off while doing body work- That was for the 49. For the 69 I used an old boat trailer with wood 4x4 "cab mounts", if you will. It was a funny sight, but I could easily get it to the bead blaster and to the body man- just pulled it behind the truck. I have pics if interested.
