Guys, a few years ago I bought Valvoline dot 3 and 4 SYNTHETIC brake fluid. It's properties seem about the same as Dot 5, but the bottle says it will harm paint, but it is compatible with all dot 3 and 4 fluids, and can be used in ABS systems. So, why not use synthetic 3 & 4 fluid instead of dot 5?
