I've used dot5 since the birth of my 51 in 2000.works fine for me.replaced lines & wheel cyc everything on the resteration..the military, this is all they use.for things setting aruond for long times.have a friend who got me a gal of DOT5.THAT SAVED ME A FEW $$$.You get NO moisture.ALL THE DOT3 HAS TOO BE BLEED FROM THE BREAK SYSTEM.DONOT MIX 3&5.It may cost a bit more but in the long run you;ll be happy.Check out David Bush reply above its 1000% true
