The pads in the Chevy Duty page listed as 47-49 pads are also for my 51 3/4 ton. There is a difference between 3100 and the 3600 at the radiator support. The correct terminology is radiator support.
As I read the assembly manual the only cushions appear to the be pad between the rad support and the crossmember.
