I used a 3/16'' rubber pad under the radiator core's new bottom 'U' shaped bracket which is welded to the radiator's main frame that the rad. sits down into. The glue holds the rubber in place so vibration does not move it. the upper supports are changed so that wouldn't apply to any bolters, just in my case. I'll take photos today so they'll be in my next batch of film to get developed. my radiator main frame sits directly on the truck frame right now w/ two 3/8'' carrage bolts holding the bottom, as in my photos. I'm still trying to get the hood to fit properely and hope i don't have to mess w/ the rad frame again. it's bad enough i have to pull the radiator again to fit my fenders under the two ears or tabs that hold the rad. frame to the fender supports. this can get/is timeconsuming. It's not appearant to me exactly where the radiator sits with-in it's frame, it could have been moved more forward and i would not have needed a pusher fan. The relationship of the rad. main frame DOES effect the fender supports and brackets of the hood. i guess if i pull the radiator to fit the fenders it's not that big a deal @ this point.
