For my opinion, I agree that if the truck was complete when you bought it, a full restoration should be thought about. But, even one bolt was missing, forget that and do wantever you want to it though I personally am not a huge fan of streetrods. It just brings visions of lots of aluminum, bad music and un-godly ugly paint jobs to my head.
