To finish this chapter of my saga, I recently had to pay arrowhead a visit to return the wrong window seal and pick up a fuel sender. Somehow the cheaproduction lock replacement wound up back in the bag. :-) It prompted about 5 minutes of discussion including what was wrong with it and why I wasn't looking for a refund since I damaged it in the process of trying to get it to work. Perhaps if a manufacturer's vendor stops carrying a product, maybe the manufacturers will put more effort/quality into their clones.
