I was having problems with the accelorator pump in the carb so I got a rebuild kit and then with a new kit in the carb it wouldn't idle. So I bought a new 2g 2 barrel carb and it's better but I can still see gas dripping into the venturi's at idle. What am I missing here? The idle is around 700 rpm and the acceleration is good for this combo but the extra gas dripping in the carb is causing small backfires thru the headers when I lift the pedal. Should it be time I bought a rochester book and start looking at the pictures? Thanks.
Mike
