Thanks for the info. My regulators were pretty beat up, so by the time I get new guts, springs, rollers and rivets I was getting some money involved. I did some shopping and found a pretty good deal at Brothers so may buy new ones. It gets really annoying when doors and windows do not work they way they should. Thanks Willie
