| | | | Joined: May 2004 Posts: 1,312 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2004 Posts: 1,312 | Not sure if factory stock trucks came with welting or not. I used it when reassembling my '40. It fills the gaps between body and fenders nicely. I pre-glued the welt onto the fender flanges with weatherstrip adhesive - makes things much easier to bolt together. Again, if you aren't going strickly stock, most Hot Rod shops carry welting by the roll.
