trebilco New Guy T Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 11 Austin, TX	Use an oil with ZDP in it. The only oil that I'm aware of that has ZDP in it is Valveloine Racing oil. It comes in all the grades. I just finsihed a fresh overhaul in my 235 with solid lifter. I'm using 30wt. Working great with about 2000 miles. ZDP is the only chemical that will prevent damage to the cam on a solid lifter engine
