No, but it does get power. I changed the bulb out with another and it still isn't doing anything I'm thinking it has to do with the socket. Strangely enough, the dial light is connected to one of the terminals on a tube socket, if that's what you call it. Is there anyway to tell if the tube is an OZ4 or not? And is it normal for the tubes to have a little black at the top of them? They all seem to have it.
