I bought a seat kit for my '53 3100 from Jim Carter. I also bought the padding kit which came with burlap, cotton batting, and a 3/4" thick piece of composite foam rubber. I know the burlap goes over the springs. Does the cotton batting go next then the foam rubber or vice versa. I'm thinking burlap over springs, then foam rubber, and cotton batting. I can't remember. Please help.
