Assuming you're pre '47 and the cluth adjustment is fine, you have to double clutch the non syncro trans. Run the engine to a moderate RPM, shift to neutral, let the clutch out while the RPM slows down, depress the clutch and ease into the next gear. Coming down takes a little more practice. While in neutral during the double clutch, slightly rev the engine, depress the clutch and drop into the lower gear while the engine is winding down. The trick is matching the engine RPM to the trans. Keep practicing and put a qt of Lucas in that trans.
