Detrimental64 Junior Member D Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 46 East Bay Cali	IM not sure what tranny i have i forgot now but it is a 4 speed floor shift. When i shift to any gear i think i have to put the clutch in and let the rpms drop alot in order to not have the grinding noise, even then it still does it a bit. What does this mean. Syncros bad?
