Not omly is it cracked but the rubber look's bad too,just replace it!I had one slipping in the rubber,couldn't get it to run smooth,or timed right.Finnally was timing it and it got bad enough I watched the timing mark pass the light!Thought I was seeing thing's.Well anyway new balancer and problem gone!
