The tandem does appear to have air over hydraulic brakes and looks to have a 5-speed tranny because the truck has a clutch pedal instead of a retarder pedal. The retarder pedal has a different shape than the clutch pedal and the retarder pedal rests closer to the floorboard. Very neat truck!!!!
