Stockton Tx	Ok, found it... so the answer is no, the YF from my Ford is too big and will flood the little 216 in my '44. darn.. that was almost a free carb for my 216. hmm... so the question is now back around... to rebuild or not to rebuild, that is the question... whether it be nobler to use the Rochester or replace with an appropriate sized carter... -Mike R.
