My truck is only 1/2 ton, but I'm using a flat bracket from the frame on left side and have bolted the stock pedals to the bracket. If you measure carefully, you can approximate where your original pedals were. Another alternative us 1/2 ton people have used is a bracket welded to the bellhousing to attach the pedals. Wish I knew what the 1 1/2 ton pedal location looked like and maybe I could help more. Another thought, if you have the room, is to use the pedal setup out of an AD truck. They had a bracket which mounted to the frame and one shaft for the clutch and brake pedals. I would have done this in my 1/2 ton, but just didn't have the room.
