It sounds like Bob just gave you what you are looking for, I have not ever installed a new grill but I have removed my original and then reinstalled it. I agree to leave everything loose until every screw is installed. I had a heck of a time just trying to get the original back in. I would have been sweating bullets if it had been a new shiny grill and fresh painted fenders cause I know I put a few small scratches in mine.
