I have those step sleeve in my kit also, the step were the bearing goes mics at 1.380 the inner bearing for the rotors they told me to use is 1.250. the rotor that fits the backing plate will work with 11" rotors but not 11 1/2"althought the 11 1/2" rotors have the right sized inner bearing but the wrong size outer bearing.
