Taking a hydraulic 5 speed out of a 90 model 1/2 ton chevy trk,and putting a old 4 speed in its place.I have been told that I will have to use 85 or86 bell housing that uses a slave cylinder,but I ran across a build up in one of my mags,that showed a quartermaster hydraulic release bearing which eliminates the slave cylinder.Does anyone know anthing about this,or anything that might work.
