6T2burb, You can make it, in fact sometime ago I assembled a T5 out of a Mustang in a chevy engine. I don't know what bolt pattern You can have in a T5 out of a S10, if it has the old desing with the for bolts hanging it to the bellhousing, it's ok, if not You'll have to make an adapter.
To match the Ferd T5 to the Bowtie I just used a 1" aluminum spacer. It worked very well, no problems.
