Castrol Super Clean, much better than Simple Green. The Purple Power that they have at 'Zone and TSC works very well, too. The trick is to soak the floor, preferrably using the cleaner straight on bad spots, then scrub with a stiff bristled broom, then either mop or rinse the floor.
