Read the plugs. Pull a couple plugs out & see if they are carboned up. I think you are loading up & compounding the problem with carboned up plugs. Pull the carb & make shure there is a passage way from the vacuum hole in the bottom to the intake manifold. Pull the top off & the float. Shake the float to make shure there is no gas in it. Clean the needle & seat. Make shure the power piston goes up & down & knocks the ball off it's seat. The float level the same on all model B carb,s & i think it's 1 5/32 but i,m not shure. Some other bolters will help out with that.
