I Finally got the problem figured out with my front calipers hanging up, Some one told me that "I did not have the master cylinder cleaves rod adjusted correctly. I had to shim the master cylinder from the booster to get the correct clearance. The weight of the pedal was enough to heat the brakes up". AND IT WORKED !!
So now that I know what it is, Im going to remove the master cylinder and try to adjust the cleaves rod... or I might just leave the shims in and call it done. grin
