If you have a marine supply place, you can get a can of the spray oil they use to fog the inside of engines when they store them for the winter. Spray it into the cylinders and turn it over a few times(you will not be able to run the engine as is recommended on the can). This will help to keep things covered and keep the rust out.
I hate to have any engine that is fresh or barely ran sit for that long though
