rim width depends on what width the new tires, from the looks of you truck it has stock rims witch are either a 6 in. or 7 in. wide rim i'd sugest that you would get rims that are 8 in. wide the max tire width you could run on those is 12.50 in. wide tire. as for a what it cost for a lift it all depends on what truck you have and what kinda of money you want to spend, i can lift a 73-87 chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 4in. for bout $200, your truck is a 65 1/2 ton 2wd so it has the coil spring rear suspension, and the front is your typical a-arm with coil springs, currently there is no lift kit on the market for you truck, and even if it was a 4x4 there is still no lift kit on the market, to give you truck a lift as is you'll need to get some coil spring spacers they are sold in kits or 2 (need 2 for each spring) for like $10 you'll need 4 kits heres a link to them on JC Whitney
spring adjusters i'm not sure if they would give you enough lift to fit 33s but it'd be close
another thing you have to consider is your truck has a 250 I-6 and i'm assuming 3spd column shift and probly 3.73s for axle gears, perhaps higher (numerically lower) and if thats the case and you go and put 33s on that truck your gona have to ride the clutch like you wouldn't believe, and if you have a stiff head wind that ole 6 might not have enough snuff to keep ya rolling

1964 Chevy C10 is a ole 2wd that i converted to 4x4, and it has either 3.73s or 4.11s for axle gears, and in the pics those tires are 32s and it would start out real nice, but i have a 350 V-8 and 4 spd trans and it would start out fairly nice, had to ride the clutch a bit on hills (normally i don't use 1st so i always start out in 2nd unless i have a heavy load on) now i have stepped up to 35s and i have to ride the clutch just a hair on flat ground but when i'm pulling 8,000lbs that ole 350 doesn't quite have enough power with the bigger tires
don't mean to bore you to death but just informing you that there alot to think about when putting on bigger tires, and doing lifts, (also with bigger tires your speedo will be off)
