Try Trans-Dapt. I have one of their remote adapters on my S10. I think you can just get the filter part separate without the rest of the relocation kit to save some $$$. Most of them use a PH8A (Fram) or equivalent filter, I beleive that is a Chrysler V8 or possibly ford V8 application.
