Can you do a cylinder leakage test or cooling system pressure test.
do the cooling system pressure test with the plugs out so you can hear the gurgling hiss on the cylinder that has the head-gasket leak or crack in the head,,,,,, smile
go with the 180 stat and 50/50 mix like Hotrod Lincoln mentioned cool .

If you do not have a head leak or crack, remove the radiator and have it cleaned smile
