#40871 07/13/2003 5:07 AM | | Anonymous Unregistered | | Anonymous Unregistered | Greg, The parts book I have shows the 55 second series (I am thinking this is likely the same as 58 - but someone will need to verify) has spring width of 2 inches. The AD trucks are 1-1/2 inches wide so the '58 springs are 1/2" too wide for the shackles that are on your truck or the U-Bolts where they attach to the axels. Also - the TF trucks have fewer leaves than the AD trucks. Doesn't look too good for getting anything of value for your truck from the chopping up of the '58.  | | |
