OK, thanks for the shout back. I've had a bit of time to cool down since the phone call with this vendor. I'll make one more query later today with a different vendor, and if that doesn't pan out I'll just fire up the soldering iron and keep plodding along with the replacement. I must admit...I was at full boil yesterday when the person on the other end of the line told me he wasn't in the parts business...he was in the replacement automotive wire business.Not enough money in selling parts I guess. I just have a problem dealing with "stupid".
