When I posted on this topic, I had no idea it was almost two years old. That fact doesn't change any of my feelings on this matter.
If you are put into a position of 'Foreman-ship', you better have good customer service skills and should make every attempt to express those positive skills in your posts.
There was no purpose or hidden agenda in my comments. Shouldn't every guest on this site be made to feel welcome and have a sense that their questions are valid and will be answered by a eager group of fellow bolters.
