I'm still confused about the torque settings, though. I wasn't thinking when I references the *rod* bearing torque.. sorry for that confusion. But for the mains, 110 ft. lbs. is a lot. And Stuart has other books that say it should be about half that. Any one else know for sure? Here is the reference to the main bearing torque setting (#4 on the left hand column) Thanks in advance. | | |
