Unless its been changed the standard cutaway motorhome chassis engine would have the standard truck engine for the model year which you don't state. It would be a fairly low rpm, low HP unit made for torque and little else. Speed was not an issue as they seldom saw 75 mph. Find out what year it came out of and then work backwards to determine what the spec's were.
