Keith and Tim are on the right track. JDL did you get a manuel yet?This could be of some help although covers basics only on the coil. I looked up my manuel. very basic .If you are holding the coil wire in your hand to touch to the block and you get spark you will know it.It will shock you hard. I would advise against it. So be careful.
