Little or no change on the wet test indicates valve problems. Have you done a valve adjustment recently? I'd check to be sure the valves are seating fully, then run an adjustment sequence and retest the compression. Worst-case scenario, you might need to do a valve job. How much mileage does the engine have right now? If it's a high-miler, valve work will probably do in the rings in pretty short order, due to the increase in compression.
