When I get a chance I'll scan some pages from the assembly manual and send them to you. It probably won't be until this evening some time. Page 81 of Jim Carter's catalog shows the blocks and attaching bolts used on the rear cylinders. If the other wheel cylinder doesn't have the block it's because someone cobbled it, as evidenced by the two different wheel cylinder sizes.
