what are those 2 fuses for?
on the TF trucks, the lights are fused on/in the light switch, and there's nothing else that needs a fuse
this original TF fuse panel has 3 of the 7 slots used, and the truck [Steve Taylors 700 mile original '59] is equipped with radio, lighter and deluxe heater, any of which would have 'triggered' installing the panel [others are spotlamp, backup lamp, brakelamp(signals), wipers], beyond that it's just a junction block
I suppose it was a matter of saving a few cents for GM
