Tim - I think all the harnesses sold as "xx circuits" come with a fuse box, ones sold as year "reproductions" won't because the fuse box wasn't originally part of the wiring .... I don't believe the fuse panel was actually "standard" when they first started using them, only added if the truck was getting optional [electrical] equipment .... that's the way it's been on every TF series truck I've seen, if they were the "base" model, no fuse panel, if elec wipers, or radio or etc, they had the fuse panel
