Pull the door glass weatherstrip.The lower rear guide channel is removable. 2 screws on the lower part of the rear of the door and 1 screw up about 18inches or so near the top of the rolled down door glass. Remove it and the door glass will slide back far enough for the vent assembly to slip passed.
