Resto 44, although I didn't do it, my 52 has a 250-6 in it. I like it. It's hooked up through the stock tranny/rear-end, and with the HEI ignition, runs great. With that motor, and the remainder of the stock set-up, I cruise right at 60 mph real comfortably. As others here have said, the motor mounts have to be changed to the side, and new ones either created, or purchased and put in place. However, there have been no modifications to my crossmember. Engine is also longer, so you'll probably have to move your radiator forward etc. Good Luck.
