I can not find the second question or the first question (or, even a question mark) but from the evidence at hand, the right-hand slider matches the left-hand slider, and thus does not give weight to the idea that maybe that slider was set up for right hand (Aussie) drive. The "square punched holes" are on the same side of both sliders; and, I do not think that the holes on the right side's slider would be accessible to the lever on a right-hand Aussie suburban?
