We have a "Parts Trader" publication here which I think is done by the "Auto Trader" pubs. There's always used hoists and such in there. I'm sure you've got the same or something similar in your neck of the woods. Check 7-eleven, places like that.
I always check the sunday paper ads and just about every week, Pep Boys or Kragen (Checker Auto in other states) advertises one for $120. I'm sure it's nothing great but, will probably get the job done.
