Good pic and nice job on the block! The FROM filter inlet (see previous pic) goes to the bottom of the oil filter with a short hose, the long hose goes between the TO filter outlet and the side of the oil filter.
I lost the T connection part and had to buy a new one (from the hose shop that made my oil lines). I couldn't find one with the same fitting as my oil sensor, so I had to cut the line and add a different compression fitting.
