Well with lottsa advise from fellow bolters and lottsa blue painters tape , my fenders are on and the grill is in !!!
NOOOOO SCRATCHES !!!

I just uploaded some pics of the weekend progress in my photo bucket for anyone that wants to take a peek.
And a tip on Grill install ...after a long night in the shop an bein tired we started to install the RE-POP grill , after lottsa 4 letter words and a few thrown wrenches it was evident that it was time to stop set back and crack open a Frosty one an call it quits for day!
I came down to the shop at 3am NO ONE around turned on some tunes an set to work Boy did it go so easy after that ...still had minor alighnment issues to deal with .
So my tip is to have No-One lookin over your shoulder and pushin while your pullin , etc ...take your time and do it by yourself with no distractions and it will come together much easier !!
