if any wheel stops at any point, it, or the one before it, has a broken tab and isn't likely to be fixable unless you can move the bad one to the end of the line.

That's the information I need. Now, to get the assembly apart so I can see if the tabs are broken. I just can't remember how to disassemble the wheels.
