If you havn't already thought about it, hardened valve seats. Running unleaded can cause valve seat recession in older vehicles. Generally, ones that ran for an extended period on leaded before the change are apparently relatively safe, but exposing new metal may open up a new problem.

Anyone out there agree/disagree? Please chime in, I'm only repeating what I have read.
