I'd hate to be out in the boonies with my truck and not have the special tool needed to get one of those nuts off.
I guess if I were afraid of someone stealing a particular piece, holding it on with one of these systems would provide a certain measure of security.
I agree with TxLaTx, though. Cost has got to be a down side.
